Lot ATG 646-02 and Lot ATG 646-05 Biasca – Escape-Route Doors

Having secured mandates at different times from two separate clients (Consortium 646-02, made up of Ennio Ferrari Sa – Mancini&Marti SA, and lot 646-05 from Edilstrada SA), as part of the noise barrier works (on the section between Biasca Nord and Pollegio) we fabricated and installed a series of escape-route doors.

Specifically, we fabricated and installed 20 doors with a subframe of LNP angle sections (fixed to HEA 160 sections with self-locking nuts) and a leaf with a tubular-section frame, with rock-wool sound insulation (approx. 40 millimetres thick) sandwiched between the two stainless steel infill sheets (2 millimetres thick).

These doors are fitted with panic locks and door closers.

The rough-sawn 24-24/120 larch boarding fixed to the frame was subsequently installed by third parties.
