Structural Steelwork and Metal Grating Cladding at the ETF Building – Lot 733 ATG Camorino

Commissioned by our client Manci & Marti SA, we fabricated and installed the hot-dip galvanised structural steelwork connecting the two reinforced concrete rooms on the roof of the ETF building in Camorino. We then clad the two façades and covered the roof with galvanised iron gratings, for a total of approx. 600 square metres.

To complete the infill of the exposed openings of the main building below (also in reinforced concrete), we installed the same type of gratings in front of the stairwell windows (approx. 90 square metres) and in front of the openings of various rooms, for a further 40 square metres.

The gratings were positioned so that the joints between them (both horizontal and vertical) aligned almost perfectly with the joint lines of the formwork panels used to cast the building's walls.
