FEDRO – N2 EP04 – Lot 301 Quinto Section Route – Motorway Gantries in Structural Steelwork

During the night between Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 June we completed the installation of 3 structural steel gantries, previously fabricated in our workshop, which serve as the load-bearing structure for the subsequent installation of the motorway signage. The installation took place with the motorway closed to traffic, using a special 30-tonne crane truck and vans with telescopic aerial platforms. The total weight of the structures amounts to approximately 32 tonnes.

The gantries form part of the building and paving works carried out by our direct client “Consortium Lot 301, made up of Implenia Svizzera SA, Ennio Ferrari SA, Mancini & Marti SA, Walo Bertschinger AG, Giudicetti SA”.

The aim of the work is the rehabilitation of the motorway route in the Quinto section.
